i would suggest using shampoo, because its not just for hair. most shampoo has conditioner designed to keep the scalp healthy.Do Bald People Wash Their Hair With Soap or Shampoo?

soap would probably dry your head, i'd still use shampoo...
shampoo cuz they encourage the remaining hair to grow bak..
