Classic Prell and Head and Shoulders 2 in 1.I need a shampoo for oily hair?
Oily hair can be a pain and is a common complaint among persons who have acne problems.

Best Shampoo for Oily Hair

Shampoo selection is another important consideration. Shampoos are designed for a variety of hair types. Use a shampoo designed for oily hair. Oily hair shampoos have stronger detergents and fewer conditioners.

Wash you hair daily for frequent sebum removal, but do not use a hair conditioner after shampooing. Sebum is a wonderful conditioner, and additional products are not needed. Any conditioner applied to the hair will only increase the speed with which the hair appears oily.

Combing and Brushing

Another habit that may increase the appearance of oily hair is frequent grooming. Combing and brushing aid in the movement of sebum from the scalp down the hair shaft. The hair should be handled as little as possible.

T-Gel by Neutrogena works pretty well. However, don't use it everyday. And also, don't use conditioner.

SOME TIPS:

--Use a mild shampoo, shampoo for oily hair, shampoo for dry scalp, or a baby shampoo

--Wash oily hair daily, but concentrate the shampoo on the hair away from the scalp to remove the excess oil from the hair, not on the scalp itself, because this can dry the scalp even more

--Always rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water, because soap residue can make oily hair worse

--Use a hot oil treatment directly on the scalp itself, gently massaging the oil into the scalp and then rinsing the oily hair thoroughly afterward

--If hair is very oily, do not use conditioner at all, or use conditioner only on the tips or ends of the hair

--Oily hair is likely shiny enough, so avoid using hair gloss gel or shine hair care products on oily hair

--For extremely oily hair, a vinegar rinse, comprised of one (1) part vinegar to four (4) parts water can help remove oil from your hair, but be sure to avoid using vinegar on the scalp

--Don鈥檛 brush oily hair frequently, because brushing oily hair can actually cause the scalp to produce more oil

--Don鈥檛 rub or scratch your scalp when you have oily hair, because stimulating the scalp like this can produce more oil

--Diluted lemon juice can provide similar results to the vinegar rinse for oily hair with a much more pleasant scent

I recommend Tea Tree Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner or Herbal Essences.

They are both really good shampoos for oily/greasy hair.

Also, my great nan told me once that washing your hair once a day with one squirt of shampoo and two lots of conditioner would add to making your hair shine and looking silky and smooth.

For example:

-Rinse the hair carefully

-Rub in shampoo

-Rinse out thoroughly

-Rub in conditioner

-Rinse out

-Add a second lot of conditioner and gently comb through

-Wash off

Also, if your washing you hair in the evenings, make sure you dry it properly before you go to sleep. If not, this will make your hair look really greasy in the morning- I know from experience.

Hope this helps x
the stronger shampoo you use and the more you wash your hair, the oilier it will get. Try to use a regular shampoo, but try to wash your hair every other day, it will be horrible for a week or two, but your body will adjust itself and produce less oil. Keep in mind that many of these product are marketing schemes to make us buy more. Our bodies needs some of the natural oil it makes, and when we wash it too often, we are messing with the natural flow of things. Of course, once you get in the habit of buying that special shampoo and washing your hair often, the manufacturers have reached their goal. So, Use a neutral PH shampoo, and wash less, and don't use as much products, your hair will become less oily in a few weeks (and btw, the same things goes for skin - the less you clean it with strong stuff, the less oily it becomes)
Whenever you wash you hair you should use any kind of shampoo...and dont use a lot of conditioner when you use a lot of conditioner it will make your hair oily ...then blow dry your hair.
