yahIs Clairol shimmer light considered a good shampoo or cheap? Are the ingredients good for your hair?
It's not meant for everyday use, in fact, you should only need to use it once or twice with every lightening service you recieve. I would follow it up with a conditioner, it seems to dry out my hair a bit when I use it.
