I have really brittle hair and a friend of mine just told me to use this shampoo, Alterna Life Solutions: volume restore. She swears by it, but I want other opinions. I just want my hair to grow/be healthy. I want reviews before i spend 50 dollars on shampoo/conditioner. Thanks!!Has anyone used Alterna Life solutions shampoo?
