Dandruff Shampoo and Regular Shampoo & Conditioner question?

I have dandruff and regular hair problems (frizz).


I have a shampoo and conditioner for my frizz problem.


So do I use the dandruff shampoo and the frizz conditioner one day every other day?


Or do I shampoo with the dandruff shampoo, then the frizz shampoo, then the frizz conditioner?Dandruff Shampoo and Regular Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner question?
Here's my suggestion





Shampoo with the dandruff shampoo, but most importantly, make sure you massage it into your scalp and let it rest on your hair/scalp for 3 minutes or so.





Rinse.





Repeat your 2nd shampoo application with the anti-frizz shampoo. Just a quick shampoo will work.





Rinse.





Apply the anti-frizz conditioner. Let it sit on your hair 2 - 3 minutes.





Rinse





Style your hair and use and anti-frizz styling product.
