bruce that's a great question ..it really depends on what you prefer and you re own body chemistry ..but ill tell you what i recommend for you .





For deodorant ..Old spice high endurance FRESH Scent ..its strong but not too strong and it will last 24 hours ,,





For shampoo ...I suggest you use Ivory shampoo or an unscented baby shampoo ..why baby ..because its gentle no dyes or perfume and to be honest you don't want to stink ..but you don't want to put something on you're head that is going to stink to try to stop youre hair from stinking ...this will solve that for youre hair ..





Im not trying to be too personal ..but from one guy to another you didn't mention anything for the rest of you re body . you're private areas including you're butt and you re feet are going to be pretty rank after a good work out ...might i suggest that you use old spice high endurance body wash on the rest you reure body it smells great...and makes you feel so clean ..

However the deodorant doesn't last long so i would get a bottled fragrance like hugo boss for the deodorant part
try head and shoulders shampoo, suave hair conditioner, and olay body wash
I use Nivea Men deodorant and Dove shampoo. smell good.
