American Crew is an awesome line of men's products. Smells nice, too.
It depends, is it short? if so you can pretty much use any type because it doesn't stay around long enough to get very damaged.
If its long and you are out in the sun and swim i would use a moisturizing shampoo maybe a little leave in conditioner
