People have always asked me 'How can I get my hair to grow' and the truth is, there's NOTHING that will make your hair grow longer.


The hair growth patten goes in 4 stages, and your hair should grow at least 2cm's on average a month.


No Shampoo and Conditioner will work, even if they say it will on the bottle, they're more likely to be scams.Is there a shampoo or conditioner that will help my hair grow faster?
I don't think there is anything special to make your hair grow faster- maybe there are a couple things but they may be full of chemicals and cause even more damage to your hair. I heard rosemary shampoo might help, but I'm not completely sure. here are some tips to keeping healthy hair:


*Wash your hair on a regular basis so that it will look clean, healthy and shiny without the buildup on grease and other yucky oils.


*Be sure to use a very good hydrating conditioner and scrub your scalp thoroughly with conditioner and leave it in for at least like 3 minutes (you can wash your face or shave your legs or whatever while its in).


*At the end of your shower after you have shampooed and conditioned well, run your hair under cooler water for like 10 seconds. Doing this, your hair will be sealed more, which prevents split ends and damaged and breaking hair.


*Brush it regularly.


*Try not to straighten or curl it too much, the heat can cause mucho damage to your hair! And if you do decide to put heat on it, use a protecting spray or product to put on so your hair won't completely fry.


*If your hair is especially thick or curly (like mine) you might want to experiment with some leave-in conditioners or some frizz control stuff.








I know not all of those tips were directed specifically to your question, but I would highly advise you taking these tips instead of putting in extensions or some chemicals into your hair. Trust me, your hair will be more damaged, and you will be unhappy. These are natural things that you can fit into your everyday life- and you can build stronger hair and yes, your hair will grow faster if you take care of it properly. So try these things if you haven't already- your hair will thank you!
